BA Sewing has the capacity to offer designers and brands of all sizes high-quality production services that suit their needs.  We have the capacity to handle in cuts of 50 to 1000 pieces per style and is able to offer a broad range of production services in most categories, with competitive pricing.

All production is contracted with quick turnarounds of 6-8 weeks, and with rush deliveries available in as little as 3 to 4 weeks with additional charge.

Joseph and his sewing floor partner Hung, who work directly with the clients, ensuring quality control is in place.  A top-of-production sample is provided for approval.  We encourage clients to visit and QC regularly during and upon completion of production, ensuring quality and timing meet the clients and BA Sewing’s standards.
